Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that certain small items may be eligible for shipping via letter mail.
Letter Mail Option: For small items, we offer letter mail as a shipping option. Please be aware that letter mail does not include tracking. While it is a cost-effective shipping method, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages that go missing in transit when shipped via letter mail.
Made to Order: For Made to Order items, please allow additional time for production and processing (approx 4 to 6 weeks). You will be provided updates should the item ship sooner or may need to ship later. These items ship separately from retail items if added to the same order unless discussed with us.
Custom and Duties Charges: The buyer is responsible for any customs and delivery charges their order might occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during transit once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This includes items stuck in customs.
